TIFF 'Reserves It's Place In History' at Stirling Room

Stirling Room is once again pleased to announce its partnership with Tribute Entertainment as the official hosts of the 2011 Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF).

From September 8th to the 18th inclusively, Stirling Room celebrates the spirit and creativity of screen-based media. The elegant and upscale lounge is opening its doors and extending its serving hours until 4 a.m. in celebration of the festival.

This year the venue welcomes an exciting roster of special guests. Film buffs, the city’s elite and eclectic Torontonians alike can expect to rub shoulders with some of the most sought after celebrities for some of the city’s hottest star-studded events.

“We are excited to be hosting the official after-parties here as well as our own themed events during TIFF,” says Meaghan Murray, event coordinator at Stirling Room. “This year we will exceed expectations of our discerning clientele by exposing them to the highest level of social affairs.”

Nestled in one of Toronto’s most coveted areas, the Historic Distillery District, this Victorian venue is reminiscent of a European metropolis. The significant character and history of the venue is befitting as it merges old and new Hollywood in a mysterious and classic atmosphere.
